magicsheet is an independent fan site operated in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use this site. If you contact us by email, we retain only the correspondence itself. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained briefly for technical and security purposes and are not shared.

Signing up for our newsletter is entirely optional. If you do, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you occasional updates, such as news digests and season reminders. Your address is stored securely through our email infrastructure provider (Supabase), is used only for these messages, and is never sold or shared. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link.

magicsheet does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use functional cookies or local storage solely to remember your preferences (such as a selected team or display setting) within the site.

Player rosters, statistics, and schedule information are sourced from the PWHL via the HockeyTech API, a publicly available data feed. Player photos are served from HockeyTech’s CDN. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
